Video Tour of a 3-bedroom Furnished Apartment on Rue des Vinaigriers in Paris

Hello and welcome to another New York Habitat furnished apartment video tour. Today we will be visiting a lovely three bedroom apartment located near the Canal Saint Martin in the 10th district of Paris. Walking through a small alleyway, this apartment is located on the 2nd floor (3rd floor US) of an 18th century walk up building. Upon entering the apartment, you will find the living room to your left. This bright furnished living room is equipped with a stereo and is the perfect place to relax. You will find some tour guides at your disposal and wifi internet access is available throughout the apartment. Next to the living room, you will find the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals at home during your stay in Paris, including a coffee maker and a toaster. Of course all dishware and utensils are provided. Also off the living room, you will find the main bathroom. This bathroom has lots of natural light and is equipped with a bathtub and shower. As with most French apartments, the toilet is separate. Just above the bathroom is the first bedroom. This furnished bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and a TV. Heading to the other side of the apartment, you will find bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is equipped with a double size bed and a desk. Bedroom three is equipped with a mezzanine where you will find a double size bed and a TV. Lastly is the second bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a shower. Now that we have seen this great apartment, let’s head out and visit the surrounding neighborhood! Not far from the apartment is the Canal Saint Martin. What was used once as an artificial waterway, today the Canal Saint Martin is a favorite destination for Parisians and tourists alike. If you need an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, head over to La Jardin Villemin. This garden is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city, giving you the perfect place to relax outdoors. The Church of St. Martin des Champs was built during the Second Empire. The church was originally intended to be temporary, but still stands today. Its surviving buildings are considered treasures of medieval architecture in the city.
