better to lean on president may serve as your amir prevention better when i go to the
floor said dr richer and often it the only one i have this look uses somebody’s got a hundred ninety
million dollar house ok fine right passersby for but uh… twelve bedrooms i’m not sure is enough advice about a hundred ninety million
dollars i’d want life two hundred and eighteen bedroom but have i wanna be a deferment whomever
i’m guessing that you just bedroom is a separate house you know i mean i know i’m sure they’re
large agenda i’m sure they’re identified house onto also like like a discipline on the telus my house is that i grew up in actually
had a slur uh… my mom designed it so that we would have the swim does on
top of the roof and someone come related and it was a fear risotto watching tv a

probably not usually what happens with realtors and
um… you know realestate firms is they will take a look at the costs of
take a look at other properties in the area to make a decision as to uh… what the market value of that particular
home is but in this case is you can’t do that because they’re are
no homes that are iti easy compared to this home on cell
you know to see you guys a quick example candy spelling had put her home from

way over priced, the realtors are trying to create a stir, generate a buzz that they have the most expensive house in america, that's the only way to move a giant albatross like this, make some idiot with more money than he knows what to do with, part with it on a fucking summer home for christs sakes, it isn't worth a 1/10 of that.

Huh? Are you high? Of course its "his business" and I cant force anyone to not be a money junkie.Dude, really,Im the brat..how ironic you call ME that.when the obscenely rich money junkie lets others suffer and die while he hoards an unbelievable
amount of wealth. Its people like this in control, who are a BIG part of the reason there is poverty and worse in this world.Uncontrolled greed has ALWAYS equalled many other people suffering .

Dude,Im part of that poverty line in my country and have children to support. We give to charity and volunteer for our local bush fire service, are constantly helping others.Im not HATING on this guy,I dont know him. What I hate is the sociopathic behaviour of hoarding like Mc Scrooge whlie others are in desperate need.Nobody needs a house like that.It is just a very costly status symbol. If he wants an ego boost, there are far cheaper ways to do it 🙂

May 5, 2013, 2:23 am Reply

I dont have a problem with charitiesI support some myself when I can :).But lets face it,the wealthiest can donate a LOT and its still nothing to them, because they have such an obscene amount. Most do it so that having such obscene wealth, the masses dont start to resent them too much.Rich man is always paranoid those scary poor people try to take his hoard.

Get a job, maybe you'll have a nice house too one day!

Steve Jobs could've bought dozens of houses like that, and he started his business in his garage.

There's a BIG BIG difference between grass courts, and those made out of clay. It's not a matter of rich/not rich, it's a matter of how the surfaces affect the tennis ball's trajectory and rebound velocity. Different strategies and methods of play are used depending on what surface you are playing on.

Of all the things to make fun of regarding this house, the courts aren't one of them.

Judging by the state of the currency and the job market, bloated military budget that will eventually burst, failing economy and a private owned government funded by a criminal banking system known as the Federal Reserve Bank, in about 10 years the USSR is going to look like Disney Land if America doesn't get their shit sorted.

It's nice, but not quite enough room for me. I have a fleet of bad ass cars, Ferraris, Jags, Shelbys, Royces, a Bugatti and a bunch of others I forget. Then I have 20-30 women who are always around, washing the cars posing in suggestive manners with the hoses. They get really clean, soaping each other up as well as the cars. I also have the wine cellar and polo grounds,

You can have all this too. You just have to vote Republican.

You will never be a billionaire with that kind of mentality :p

If you were a millionaire you won't be able to do it because you will then think that it takes way too big portion of your wealth

You can say you will waste money because you haven't been a millionaire – and you can never be a billionaire if you start wasting your money inefficiently as you have suggested.

Why buy an expensive luxury house for the homeless when custom building it from the start is much cheaper and affective?

Donating the use of the property to a non-profit to provide those services *could* reduce the cost of ownership while retaining the benefits of owning such an asset in the long run. However there has to be a demand for those services where the property is located.

May 5, 2013, 6:43 pm Reply

Building or purchasing such a property probably doesn't have a thing to do about wise investments IMO they are in the category of expensive toys of the ultra wealthy, toys which in themselves is about self fulfillment

The USSR no longer exists, but when it did they had stratification between the haves (government officials) and the have-nots (everybody else). Any opportunity to transfer from a lower level to a higher one was systematically removed.

May 5, 2013, 8:45 pm Reply

So you want to spend $190 million on a property to house these people? How stupid is that? For $190 million you could establish a new organization with multiple locations for Homeless and Domestic Violence victims.

Honestly, I feel like this house is a huge waste. Don't get me wrong, the owners probably made their money fair and square, and they are not obligated to do anything with that money other than what they want. However I like to think that, if I had as much money as these people, I would use it to start a foundation or donate to charities rather than buy the most expensive goddamn house in the country.

People that buy mansions usually wanted the mansion LONG before they became rich. But in truth its better to buy a modest house because unless you have a HUGE entourage all that space won't be put to use. If your bringing in all those people everyday to occupy that space you will spending ALOT of money daily. This is why guys like Warrern Buffet will ALWAYS have more money than say a guy like P.Diddy.

May 5, 2013, 6:23 pm Reply

You do need that much money if you want to live like that for example, if you just want to survive you don't. Should money distribution be completely in balance, is that what we should strive for? If someone get's more then someone else, however fairly and by the rules they do it, we just take it from them anyway? Even if they worked alot harder then everybody else, we should still have perfectly equal distribution of money?
If you want that i can't make you change, but i wouldn't want that.
