OUR REPORTER ALLEN DEVLIN IS
LIVE IN CLEMSON WITH THE
DETAILS. REPORTER: JANE AND NIGEL, THIS
BUILDING HAS HAD ONE BIG ONGOING
PROBLEM OVER THE LAST YEAR, BUT
EVERYTHING SEEMED OK UNTIL LAST

ISSUE SO SIGNIFICANT THAT THE CRIMSON FIRE MARSHAL DEMANDED
ACTION. TODAY, MOST STUDENTS AT 114
EARLE IN DOWNTOWN CLEMSON ARE
MOVING IN. CLEMSON SENIOR LAUREN NAVARRO IS
MOVING OUT.>>I GOT A TEXT MESSAGE FROM MY
ROOMMATE SAYING, DID YOU SEE THE
EMAIL THEY SENT OUT? I THINK OUR
APARTMENT IS ON IT REPORTER:
DAILY MAIL CAME LAST NIGHT
SAYING THAT SOME OF THE APARTMENTS IN THE BUILDING WERE
UNSAFE BECAUSE ONE PART OF THE
BUILDING IS SINKING, MAKING IT
AN EVEN WITH THE REST, OF
PROBLEM SO SEVERE THAT THE

Student housing is in horrible shape all over the state of SC, and there are countless horror stories that have already been told. Nothing will be done, because Henry McMaster owns and profits from dilapidated student housing properties. He is also blocking new building and fire codes from being passed, putting college students and low-cost housing tenants at risk all over SC. This is absolutely corrupt!! Investigate it now!!
