Spanish property market predictions 2019

We wanted to talk a little bit about what
the future projections are for 2019 So, here are a few predictions that we have for 2019
and the coming year Obviously we can’t avoid the white elephant in the room,
which is the threated “B” word – Brexit! With som much going on at the moment
nobody knows 100% for sure exactly what the full outcome will be, but we are quite positive that that’s not going to affect
sales too much! It didn’t in 2018,
and there is no real reason why it should in 2019 Fortunately here at Inmo Investments,
we are an international company ..and we do not rely on the british market solely we have clients from a cornucopia of nationalities particularly Germans, Swedish, Norwegian, Belguiem, Dutch.. We have noticed quite an influx of investment buyers here in Spain! Spain is still a very good country to invest in
it’s a good place to put your money, it’s a sound investment We do see that trend continuing through into 2019 Particularly here on the Orihuela Costa – The Costa Blanca we have a number of blue flag beaches… it’s a perfect area to consider buying a rental investment property and we found that a number of people are
looking at investing their money in Spain here! We found at the moment that currently, the main budget,
the trending budget is for homes up to around the 150.000 € mark These tend to be the best sellers,
the most popular sellers and they are the ones we run out of the quickest to be honest! Of course there is continued interest in the new build properties… There is still a lot a lot of construction going on here on the Orihuela Costa
and surrounding areas They particularly are a favourite of the Scandinavian, the French the The Belgians, the Dutch market and we consider them to be still hot sellers
coming into 2019 All in all we expect 2019 to be an ever growing year
and we hope to see you here at Inmo Investments whether you are looking to buy the perfect property
or of course to sell!

Do you think prices will drop, difficult to tell if it's worth waiting for or better to go for it, first time buying a property
