What is the neighborhood like? In East Oakland, a 2 bedroom 1 bath bungalow goes for $400,000 – but you have to be home by sunset ans sleep on the floor or in a bathtub in case a stray bullet goes through the house.

A house like that in Texas would go for about 30k. And not a penny more

No front yard no backyard know where to park nowhere for storage nowhere for your cat or dog to take a s*** they want over half-a-million dollars and you're wedged in the most uncommon venience spot ever between all those buildings and this is the cheapest property in San Francisco that's f**** b***** if we would have stopped immigration in the f**** 60s America wouldn't be having these problems death to f**** brown people and the world would be a better place

Creepy house. God knows how many people, renters have lived there before. You live right BELOW a windy, SF street too? Have fun sleeping there.
