Paris, France – Video tour of a furnished apartment on Rue des Lombards (Les Halles)

Hello and welcome to another New York Habitat furnished apartment video tour. Our tour today takes us to a small studio apartment located in the heart of Paris near the Georges Pompidou Center. This apartment is centrally located giving you access to all of Paris. This apartment is located on the 4th floor (5th floor in the US) of a 19th century elevator building. Upon entering the apartment you will find the living area. This furnished living area has two large windows and is equipped with a double size bed and a TV. Wifi internet access is available throughout the apartment. Next is the kitchen. This small corner kitchen has all amenities needed for preparing meals during your stay in Paris. You will also find a table and chairs in the kitchen area. Lastly is the bathroom. The bathroom has wood floors and is equipped with a shower. Now that we have seen this great apartment, let’s head out and visit the surrounding neighborhood! Our first stop is the modern art museum, known as, The Georges Pompidou Center. It was inaugurated in 1977 under the initiative of the then president of France, Georges Pompidou. It is home to 53,000 works of art, making it one of the largest art collections in the world. A beautiful church in the neighborhood is the eglise Saint-Merri. With its gothic flamboyant style, the church Saint-Marri as it stands today was built between 1500 and 1550 and contains the oldest bell in Paris, cast in 1331. Our last stop is the Saint-Jacques Tower. This imposing gothic structure dates back to 1523 and is the last remaining part It’s truly a must see!
