Joe Cocker was living larger than I would've thought. Good for him.

An English manor complete with forest and massive lawn. What could be more out of place and environmentally insensitive in an arid mountain landscape.

UPDATE: Was this place sold at auction on Sept 1? If so, how much? Was a wonderful thing that Joe and his wife Pam did for the entire community and so many children in Crawford Colorado. They are greatly missed.

The delivery of this woman's narrative is painfully patronising. Horrid! Surely there is someone available who can deliver the message like an adult, not a cliched 'media voice'.

From Woodstock to this. I would say you did very well, Joe. You will be missed. RIP

So that's what he did with the money he made from us kids. Glad to see it didn't go up his nose or into his arm. Certainly not my taste, but someone might want it. Did he not have children to leave it to?

Finally sold for just 4M, sounds like a bargain. Who really wants to live there?

I saw a program with him and his wife years ago right after they built this. I think the gist of it was he was a recovering addict and wanted to get away from his previous life style.
