Hello and welcome to a brand new property review with indiaproperty.com The property we’re looking at today is called Daisy Gardens by Wadhwa & Sons which has been developed in association with Ankita Builders This particular property is located in Ambernath West at a distance of roughly 1.5kms from Ambernath station and off the Kalyan-Badlapur road The Kalyan-Badlapur road connects state highway 76 with state highway 80 The IT hubs of Navi Mumbai namely Airoli and Rabale are roughly an hour’s drive from here and so is the proposed new International Airport in Navi Mumbai There are several schools located within a 2km radius of this property Most notably,Father Agnel High School Let us now check out some of the amenities that Daisy Gardens has to offer Daisy Gardens consists of 12 buildings of 7 floors each of which the ground floor is reserved for parking Each building is serviced by 1 lift each All of the lifts have power back ups and so do all of the common areas There’s a state of the art clubhouse, which houses a community hall, a painting room, a music room, a gym, a meditation centre and a cafe Other amenities include a landscaped garden, a kids play area, a swimming pool and a temple Let us now take a look at a model 2BHK apartment in Daisy Gardens Do note that the furnishings you see in this apartment will not be provided by the builder unless specified explicitly We’re now in a model 2BHK apartment in Daisy Gardens This particular apartment has a carpet area of 689 sq ft and a saleable area of 965 sq ft Now I know, 689 sq ft does not sound much for a 2BHK apartment So let us find out how this space has been utilised Lets start with the living room The living room is roughly 15′ x 10′ in dimensions
Lets start with the living room The living room is roughly 15′ x 10′ in dimensions One of the most noticeable things as soon as you enter the flat is the wooden doorframe which I have been told is of teakwood The door is laminated wood, which seems to be of good quality Even the fittings on the door are of Godrej that is the lock specifically And it also seems to be of good quality One more interesting thing about this flat is that the wall have been done up in an acrylic paint, which is a departure from the regular oil-based distemper paint which we see in most flats Even the floor has been done up in Kataria vitrified tiles, which seem to be of really good quality In case we haven’t mentioned this before, the floors of the flats have been done up in vitrified tiles but all of the floors in the common area, including the staircases have been done up in granite and it looks beautiful At the other end of the living room, right in front of me, are large french windows which lead out into a somewhat spacious balcony To my left,is a dining area, which is roughly 5′ 5″ x 5′ in dimensions It can comfortably seat 4 people and is located conveniently, right in front of the kitchen Let us now take a look at the kitchen The kitchen is 10’x8′ in dimensions and also has a large french window at one end This is also a unique feature because we don’t come across a lot of kitchens which have large french windows There’s a granite countertop which is provided by the builder and there’s another countertop which runs parallel to this one At the end of this countertop is a stainless steel sink with Jaquar and Parryware fittings As you can see, there’s plenty of space in this kitchen to install a fridge, a chimney, a stove, an Aquaguard and other essentials The builder also provides you with all of the kitchen drawers so this is a fully furnished modular kitchen The appliances of course, will not be provided by the builder Apart from these, the kitchen walls have been done up in designer dado tiles, which is again, a good thing Let us now move on to the secondary bedroom At 10’x9′, the secondary bedroom does not seem very impressive in terms of size Although the good thing about this bedroom is that this bedroom also has really large french windows on one wall which provide for fantastic lighting and brilliant ventilation There are electrical sockets located at convenient points throughout the room and as you can see, after installing a bed and a cupboard and maybe a study table, there’s not much space left to move around So it would make for a good kids room or a study room Let us now move on to the master bedroom The master bedroom, with dimensions of 12’x10’is fairly large There’s plenty of space to move around as you can see, in spite of a king size bed and a large wardrobe being installed One thing that I really like about this room is that apart from the french windows at one end, there’s a large window right here which also provides access to the terrace outside Electrical plug points and switches are once again conveniently located at the sides of the bed and there’s also a very conveniently placed slot for the television There are also provisions for a telephone line and an internet line and a cable line The attached toilet and bath in the master bedroom has granite flooring and fittings seem to be of good quality In fact, the fittings are of Jaquar and Parryware, which explains a lot The attached toilet and bath has flooring of granite and there are designer dado tiles on the walls The plumbings are of Jaquar and the sanitary fittings are of Parryware which makes them of good quality That brings us to the end of this review of Daisy Gardens We hope this review helps you make a decision Whether looking for any kind of property Land, commercial, residential or farmhouse, India Property has it all Thank you for watching

Worst building in Ambernath, it's better to take room in Chwal. There is no open space for ground, parking and other amenities. Only false promises are made by the builders.
