Cal State LA Housing Tour: Golden Eagles Apartments

*Music* What’s up future Cal State LA students? Are you a graduate or upper-division student
at least 21 years old? Then you should consider living at Golden
Eagle Apartments. Or, have you already decided to? Either way, on behalf of Housing and Residence
Life, welcome. I bet you’re wondering what the apartments
look like. Let’s take a look! Golden Eagle Apartments, or GEA, is located
just one block north of campus at the intersection of Valley Boulevard and Mariondale Avenue. Apartments are fully furnished, so there is
no need to bring your own furniture. There are three bedroom layouts in GEA. A one bedroom, double-occupancy layout, which
means there are two people sharing one room. A two bedroom, single-occupancy layout with
one person in each room. And a suite style, which has three single-occupancy
bedrooms but no living room. The bedrooms come with an extra-long, twin-sized
bed, drawers, a desk, and closet space for each resident. Make sure to bring bedding for an extra-long
twin. Living rooms are furnished with couches and
a coffee table, and the dining area has a table and chairs. You’re welcome to bring a TV since we offer
satellite television. All apartments in GEA have a fully-equipped
kitchen with a sink, stove, oven, microwave and fridge. If you plan to cook, make sure to bring your
own kitchenware. If you’d rather not, don’t worry, you
can sign up for a Meal Plan. Every apartment has one bathroom. We recommend bringing a shower caddy for your toiletries. Finally, there’s a laundry room with a washer and dryer on-site. And that concludes our tour of the Golden
Eagle Apartments. For more information, including a list of
