A lot of these apartments are so tiny, like motel rooms in western countries. I wonder if you could show in later videos proper apartments where the bedroom is separate and also where there is a proper living room with couch etc? Also proper kitchen ?

At some point they'll realise that a smaller bed and a decent chair you can sit on and read is way better than the honeymoon bed for Shrek and Fiona and a load of undersized garden furniture.

Shower area too close to toilet without any kind of separation in the first two. Do not like it.

I know you have Canadian nationality. But are you ethnic Lao or ethnic Han Chinese? Because most Laotian don't migrate abroad. Please be honest.

Isn't there a new law that says they cannot charge more for electric unit than what the cost is from the electric company ?

Anybody staying in Ing Place? Please share what it's like to live there! After seeing pictures on the their website, I feel that it's the place that I want to move to when I go to Chiang Mai. Is the Wi-Fi any good?

This is an odd question, but has anyone living in Chiang Mai ever had to deal with those huge huntsman spiders? I've seen a video of one of these things and it terrifies me. I am a big arachnophobe and would be petrified to find one in my room if I ever move there (thinking about it for my future retirement).
