419 Broome Street, SoHo Penthouse

Hello, my name’s Darren Kearns, and I’m Jim
Farah, we’re with the Corcoran Group. Welcome to 419 Broome at Crosby, the penthouse. The beauty of this grand public space is that
it can be any conceivable combination of uses. Dining, living, game room, gallery… but
what’s amazing is that the real, beautiful living space is hidden and private and above
this level. The reason the neighborhood is so attractive
to people for shopping and for living is one, the spaces are huge. To have a loft, in New
York you get volume AND size which you can’t find in traditional apartments. From this floor you get some of the most spectacular
views in the city. You get a glimpse of the Empire State Building, the Williamsburg Bridge,
the Manhattan Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge, and the cupola of the police building in downtown
Soho. The way the penthouse is configured is that
it’s a perfect design for someone who has a public life, and yet there’s a quiet sanctuary
above the public space where they can retreat and feel like they’re in their home. If you’re as excited about this space as we
are, we’d love to show it to you.
