TRAILER TRASH!!!Looks like a raided crack house and had to repo it because whoever is in jail. The carpet is gone because of bed bugs.

You're insane! No furnace also means no duct work. $10.000, just for heat.

OSB flooring is junk ,that a plain jane trailer ,cabinets are press wood , walls are covering ,no ac or heat ,windows leak in about 5 years or less , kitchen cabinets drawers are all broken ,basically junk ,sinks are plastic ,siding is the lowest grade you can buy ,it mold ,stains ,sun hits it , It folds , doors are pressed wood with cardboard inside ,walls are 2×2 not 2×4 so don't any person tell you different. these homes don't last long and parts are cheap .When the floor goes it big problem , any water on the floor it junk . The company gets these built cheap and you get cheap junk for high price . and it hard to believe you got to carry a mortgage on these for 30 years you doing good to get 10 years out of it and Mobile Homes got no value at all .Stick with best brand of home you can if buy one like Palm Harbor  very well built , plywood floors 2×4 walls well built cabinets ,you custom one to your like ,or find a repo for 30 40 thousand new about 60 to 90 thousand ,but they all got different prices

you're going to have to power wash it you're going to have to fix the broken vinyl siding on the outside of that trailer and there's quite a bit of it and it's not going to match the original it needs carpet it needs appliances it probably need some plumbing repairs it's going to need heat tape it's going to need skirting it's going to have to be towed leveled setup it's going to need a deck built off the front it's going to need stairs in the back it's going to need some minor repairs on top of all of this it's going to need new vinyl flooring it's going to need work in the bathrooms this trailer is worth $6,000 maybe and it's going to need a central air man you're looking at like 3800 bucks easy right there

The BET anything that old mobile home was nothing more than a trade in they went in and got it the furnace and air conditioner and everything else they can use off of it now they're just trying to sell it they didn't give s*** for that mobile home because whenever they told the homeowner they gave them for a trade-in they padded away with fees and all kinds of extras that they charged on their new home
